Ketamine Therapy

Why We Use Ketamine

At- home ketamine offers a unique opportunity for healing—especially for adults who feel stuck, haven’t found enough relief through traditional treatments, or are ready to explore change from a new perspective. At Resilient Mind Clinic, I provide psychiatric assessment and oral ketamine prescribing for KAP through secure telehealth care, either in collaboration with your existing therapist or as part of a supported treatment plan. Originally developed as an anesthetic, ketamine has demonstrated rapid-acting antidepressant effects and may enhance neuroplasticity—your brain’s capacity to form new, healthier connections.

Ketamine may support:

  • Reduced depressive and anxious symptoms, even when other medications haven’t worked

  • Greater access to emotional material that may be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone

  • An increase in neuroplasticity, especially when paired with preparation and integration

  • A shift in perspective that supports meaning-making, emotional healing, and lasting change

Our approach to KAP is trauma-informed, neuroscience-aligned, and personalized. Whether sessions are self-directed or supported by a therapist or sitter, the process is designed to be safe, supportive, and aligned with your goals.

Ketamine is not for everyone—but for many, it can be a powerful tool. One part of a larger path toward healing, grounded in resilience, collaboration, and care.

Frequently Asked Questions About Ketamine Prescribing and KAP

Do you provide psychotherapy during KAP?

No. I provide the psychiatric assessment, ketamine prescription, education, and medical follow-up. Psychotherapy, preparation, and integration are provided by your therapist, and I collaborate with them as part of your KAP treatment team.

Can you prescribe ketamine if I already have a therapist?

Yes. Collaborative ketamine prescribing is designed for clients who already work with a therapist providing KAP, preparation, or integration support. With your permission, I coordinate with your therapist to help create a thoughtful and connected plan.

Is ketamine treatment provided through telehealth?

Yes. Psychiatric evaluations, education, prescribing appointments, and follow-ups are completed through secure telehealth. Your ketamine is dispensed and shipped directly to you by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Psychotherapy and dosing support are arranged separately with your therapist.

What form of ketamine do you prescribe?

I prescribe compounded oral ketamine in the form of rapidly dissolving tablets, sometimes called RDTs. Your dose is individualized based on your assessment, response, treatment goals, and ongoing follow-up.

Do I need preparation and integration support?

Yes. Ketamine is a tool—not a stand-alone cure. Preparation helps you approach the experience with intention, appropriate expectations, and a supportive plan. Integration with your therapist helps you process the experience and translate insights into meaningful change.

What states do you serve?

Resilient Mind Clinic currently provides telehealth ketamine prescribing for eligible adults in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New York, and Wyoming. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each medical appointment.

Does everyone qualify for ketamine treatment?

No. Ketamine is not appropriate for everyone. A comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessment is required to review your health history, current medications, symptoms, treatment goals, and available support. Additional records, laboratory testing, or medical clearance may be requested before prescribing.
